Yeditepe Üniversitesi Tiyatro Bölümü mezunu olan Tarık Ündüz ilk oyunculuk deneyimini 1990 yılında Kuruntu Ailesi dizisi ile yaşadı.
Düzgün fiziği ile dikkat çeken Ündüz’ün rol aldığı yapımlar arasında Not Defteri, Yaz’ın Öyküsü, Jet Sosyete, Huzursuzlar, Issız Adam, Biz Size Döneriz de bulunuyor.
