Bir süre sonra Kani G, yanında getirdiği 2 molotofkokteylini Aysun A’nın bulunduğu daireye atıp kaçtı. Molotoflardan biri duvara isabet edip, diğeri yanmadan apartmanın bahçesine düştü. Mahalle sakinlerinin çabası ile çıkan yangın kısa sürede söndürüldü. Aysun A’nın ihbarı üzerine bölgeye polis ekipleri sevk edildi. Kaçan Kani G, polis ekiplerince kısa sürede gözaltına alındı.
