Kılıçdaroğlu’ndan sandık görevlilerine çağrı: “Dikkatli olun!” – Türkiye Haberleri

CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the presidential candidate of the People’s Alliance, addressed volunteers and public personnel involved in the elections in a video shared shortly before the May 14 elections. Kılıçdaroğlu urged volunteers to not give up and to stay at their posts, saying, “You are all well-prepared from the Ankara and Istanbul elections. You will never give up or leave your posts.” He also urged public staff to stand with justice, law and state instead of political parties.
Kılıçdaroğlu’s speech emphasized the importance of the volunteers who will be at the ballot boxes on Sunday. He stated that the recent threats and pressure on the police were designed to keep them away. However, volunteers were not intimidated by the attempts to silence them. “Volunteers who will go to the ballot boxes to monitor the election are our honorable fighters and conscience workers. They are the people we all want to be. I thank the democracy workers. Your story will be heard all around the world,” he said.
In his final words, Kılıçdaroğlu urged those who will work on behalf of the public at the ballot boxes to keep in mind that governments are temporary, but the state is permanent. He asked them to focus on the law, justice and state rather than their political affiliations. “Come on, most of them are gone, and only a few remain!” he said.
