“Lord of War” Devam Filmi Geliyor: Nicolas Cage’e Bill Skarsgard Eşlik Edecek – Haberler
“Lords of War” adlı devam filmi için yönetmen Andrew Niccol ve Nicolas Cage geri dönüyor.
Nicolas Cage ve Bill Skarsgard, Andrew Niccol’un 2005 tarihli suç ve gerilim filmi “Savaş Tanrısı”nın (Lord of War) devam filmi “Lords of War”da başrolleri üstlenecekler.
Andrew Niccol’un ilk filmde olduğu gibi hem yönetmenliği üstleneceği hem de senaryoyu kaleme alacağı film için Nicolas Cage, silah tüccarı Yuri Orlov karakterini yineleyecek. Son olarak “John Wick: Chapter 4” filmiyle beyaz perdeye gelen Bill Skarsgard ise Orlov’un oğluna hayat verecek.
Filmde Orlov, Anton adında bir oğlu olduğu öğrenir. Anton babasının yanlışlarını düzeltmeye çalışmaz, onların üstesinden gelmeye çalışır ve Amerika’nın Orta Doğu ihtilaflarıyla savaşmak için bir paralı asker ordusu kurar.
Daha önceki çalışmaları arasında “The Truman Show”, “Gattaca” gibi yapımlar da olan Niccol yaptığı açıklamada şunları söyledi:
